Contract Laboratory Services (CLS) was established as a joint venture between the National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) and the Wits Health Consortium (WHC). CLS is a specialised accredited clinical trial laboratory located in three major cities in South Africa. The central laboratory is situated in Braamfontein, Johannesburg with depots in Overport, Durban and Greenpoint Cape Town.
